COOK TIME: 9 Minutes
Ingredients

1 Ready-Crust Pie Crust Keebler Ready Crust Graham
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Brush bottom and sides of crust with 1 egg yolk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
In large bowl whisk together 1 egg, pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and ginger until combined. Pour into crust.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Bake on baking sheet at 350? F about 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
